Whole Foods

One problem we are facing aside from world-wide hunger and starvation, is that due to the GREEDY OIL-DRIVEN war in Iraq, gas prices have skyrocketed and for those of us who buy our food from the grocery store, that also means higher prices on food because it takes fuel to transport food from one place to another.

Another problem we face is when buying food from the grocery stores... how do we know that cow didn't have mad cow's disease? Or that those chickens didn't have leukemia or the bird flu? And, how long have those eggs really been out of the chickens? Though the problem with food safety mostly concerns animal products, we are still getting fruits and veggies that contain chemical fertilizers and pesticides... unless you want to pay extra for organic fruits and veggies, which may or may not be in season. But even organic produce has been found to contain at least 20% of the same amount of pesticides found in non-organic fruits and veggies!

GROW YOUR OWN FOOD!

That's right. Grow food, don't buy it! With a small greenhouse you can grow food all year round, and by using sustainable gardening methods and eating healthy organic food with a natural diet (such as learning and applying the natural health benefits of whole food nutrition, juicing, sprouting, organic hydroponics, aeroponic gardening, home composting, natural home propagation, organic vegetable gardening, root cellaring and other aspects of living a healthy lifestyle), you will be helping yourself and your family to stay healthy as well as helping to protect our environment. Even without a greenhouse, all of the Nutrino foods below could be grown indoors and would take but a little space and some sunlight. Much of the hunger in the world could be prevented if only we would simply grow our own foods, at home or at least locally for the growing needs of our local communities.

In addition, eating and preparing foods based on a whole food diet is the best form of preventative medicine (i.e., nutritional healing) there is. Sound simple? It is! In fact, it is so simple, there are five foods, that if preserved and consumed in the right amounts daily, would provide all the essential nutrients a person needs (including all Vitamins, Minerals, live Enzymes, Antioxidants, Chlorophyll, complete Proteins and Amino Acids, Carbohydrates, good Fats, trace Minerals, health-promoting Phytochemicals, etc.) which are all in PH Balance with eachother.
